Baxter was dropped off at our shelter.  He is only about 11 weeks old and just a little guy.  He is a very cuddly and quiet puppy.. so far!! He loves to follow his foster mom around and acts like her little shadow.  He is very patient and doesn’t mind being brushed. He fits in your lap just perfectly!
